The hotel was charming old and placed in a classic-style building. There were comfy beds and central heating, a seating area, and ironing facilities in the double room. And it was tastefully decorated compared to other rooms in Timaru.

The staff were friendly the whole time. The location in a wonderful area was favourable and lovely and there were a mall and a supermarket nearby.

The setting is handy, just off Caroline Bay which was great as well as restaurants, comfortable area. The deluxe queen suite is nicely furnished and has an amazing kitchen and a kettle. Great service, they provide a free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Nicely furnished room, neat, had a large bathroom. The hotel was clean with really helpful and amiable staff. We were in a good and lovely location a 10-15 minute walk from Kiwi Observatory.

Location near to the beach and town centre, timaru, very well located within easy walking distance to many food options, and a garden.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious beachside hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right by the coast and close to the sea. It was exactly as advertised, with the beach and town just a short walk away. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made me feel very welcome. The housekeeping was impeccable, and my room was spotless and well-appointed. I loved the amenities it offered, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a dining table. The garden furniture outside was a nice touch, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The spa centre was an added bonus, providing the ultimate relaxation experience. The free toiletries, washing machine, and dryer were also greatly appreciated. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends. It is a fantastic venue with great facilities and excellent service.

The hotel provides great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is excellent, surrounded by a beautiful garden and close to shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained. Clean towels are also provided and breakfast is included.

We had a cozy and pleasant stay at a beachside retreat. The room was conveniently located near the bathroom, making it convenient for us. We were delighted to find a variety of tea, coffee, and cookies available throughout our stay. The highlight of our experience was sharing breakfast with fellow guests from Bavaria, Rosie, and Roland!

While the driveway was a bit tricky to navigate, we managed to overcome it. We did notice some noise from the room above us, but it didn't significantly affect our overall experience.
